Hello Very good afternoon, nights and days, since I do not know what time you will see this hehe, my name is Alejandro Zaldaña and today I come to talk about water and the capacity and importance it has on a human, first let's start with the basics JUICE IT IS NOT EQUAL TO WATER, now if you do not believe me listen well, the body of a child under 1 year old, that is to say maximum of 12 months has more than 65% water in his body, now you see that it is not juice? First things first, remember that the human spends several liters a day and that not only comes out of sweat or tears as we think but also of the same breath, because although it seems little very small particles of water inhabit our body and as well as as inside, before it was said that in order not to have hypothermia that is a serious disease that occurs when a human consumes exaggerations of water, it was said that we had to drink 8 glasses of water a day to be healthy, and in the last century it has changed the theory saying that it is more important to know our sex, our place of origin and more to be healthy
ResponderEliminarVery well that has been all for today I say goodbye wishing you a nice day, Goodbye!

What would happen if you didn’t drink water?
ResponderEliminarOur bodies are full of water. Our brains are roughly 75% water and our heart is nearly 30%! Overall our entire body is around 50 to 65% water depending on your age, gender, weight, height, and nationality. So, if we have so much within us already why do we need more?! You may hear 8 cups a day keeps the doctor away, but what if we cut down? At the first sign of even a mild dehydration your brain sends signal to your kidney to release aquaporonis which absorbs as much water as possible resulting in a brownish urine. As dehydration increases you may feel tired, with dry or parched skin, your blood pressure may lower, and you can experience fatigue. Shockingly you may suffer cognitive impairment since your brain is mostly focusing on replacing the lost fluids.

ResponderEliminarWhat happens if a persons stop drinking water
ResponderEliminarIf you don’t drink water you may die slowly and a painful death.Every human body is comprised of about 65 percent water, which is needed for a number of human bodily processes of body temperature, water removal and detoxification. We start to feel thirsty when our body water percentage drops about two percent lower, the thirst centre of the brain is located in the hypothalamus,This feeling of thirst is a survival instinct,it’s our brain telling us to refill on H20,so that our body doesn’t start dehydrating. Each day we los two to three liters of water through sweat, urine and bowel movements. When your body is low on water, your brain sends signals to your kidneys to send more water to your blood, rather than flushing it out in the urine. When your blood holds on to the water, it causes your urine to turn a dark yellow with a strong odour. That’s your body’s way of conserving fluids. You feel hungry, when you don’t drink water, even if you’ve eaten recently. You are more likely to overeat when you don’t drink water. It’s very common to confuse dehydration with hunger.Because it takes your brain more than double the effort to get anything done, you will suffer headaches if you don’t drink enough water. Your eyes will also hurt, since they’ve become dry.

How does your body knows what time it is
ResponderEliminarFor example when you dont have a clock and you go outside and see and fill the climate and you say the time that you think it is sometimes you are wrong sometimes tou are right it depends how is the climate for example when you see the sun hidding you say is midday and how do we know what time is that is by civilizaition had advanced in time we have believe the same thing that civilizaition believe so by people we know the time without a clock
What would happen if we don’t drink water
ResponderEliminarTo live or to survive we do need water in our body because our human body contains a lot of water humans usually contain 55 to 60% of water in our body new born babies usually have 70% of water in their body they have a lot of water they are just like fish but as they start getting older there water level starts to decrease as they get one year old they have 60% of water in their body what are the functions of water in our human body? Water helps to cushion and lubricate joints it also helps to regulate the human body temperature and it helps to nurse the brain and the spinal cord If you don’t drink enough water
Your brain can shrink and its gonna start working very slow and your skin could get very dry and you could sometimes end up in the hospital and if you drink too much water you have over hydration and over hydration can be really dangerous as well you brains gonna start working slower and you can even get water intoxicated and you can even end up in the hospital we don’t only have water in our blood we have it in our brain heart and lungs in conclusion you need to drink water to survive but you need to be careful and don’t drink excessive water that means you need to have a good level of drinking water .
How does our body know our time?
ResponderEliminarOur body knows the time because of the circadian rhythm.Scientist found that this Rythm affects our digestion, hormone production such as melatonin, and the effects of drugs on our body. This studies are known as Chronobiology. Knowning the time is very crucial since it helps us to wake up, sleep, and even when to eat! This happen because there are this “time cells”, it’s like a clock counting hours, mins, and seconds. There are many of these cells in many parts of the brain, but the most reliable is the SCN. You might be wondering how it works. CLK(cell) gather in SCN, they help our body activate throughout the day BUT they also produce PER which deactivates the body. But not only the cells do the job of maintaining us awake; light, climate and noise keep us awake too! This was a very interesting text!

What will happen if humans stop drinking water?
ResponderEliminarWater is essential for human life. Any deficit in normal body water could give you dehydration, fatigue, and may develop head ache. We lose water in our breath, urine, faces and skin. As you lose body water without replacing it, your blood becomes more concentrated and, at a point, this causes your kidneys to retain water, the result, you urine less. According to the institute of medicine, the adequate water to drink for adult men and women is 3.7 and 2.7 liters per day. If you don’t drink water you eventually will have; accelerated heartbeat, bad breath and dry mouth, abrupt food cravings, pain in joints and muscles, dry skin and lips. Water is essential for every system of our bodies, so I suggest you to drink water more often, at least 3-4 liters on daily basis.
Circadian Rythm
ResponderEliminarWhat is it?
Rythms of the body that control our hormone production, hoe our bodies process food and the effect of drugs in our body.
Being able to sense time is important for the development of abilities in our brains.Zeitgebers are external cues that are signals that help our body identify the time in which the body has to do several activities during the day.
What does it mean?
Latin Word that means for about a day.
How was it invented?
It was invented by the scientist called Michel Siffre in 1962 by experiments where he isolated himself underground for months without light or clocks. He attached himself to electrodes who monitored his vital signs. When he emerged once again.
How does our body know what time is it ?
ResponderEliminarHelena Rodriguez 6A
Usually we already have the planned schedule or routine for a day, this proves we kind of have an estimation of what time is it .But....how ?A specific part of the brain activates genes and tell us when to wake up or when to still be a waken. This information makes sense because a I said, we have a daily routine and this genes tell us : Hey! This is your next activity ! Wake up ! Another factors such as light, sound, textures tell us what can be happening outside. All of this is related to our sleep and how we can estimate time.In my opinion we can also know what time is it depending on how do we feel. For example : When our body has adapted to the conditions of light, sound etc...we have all the energy to continue throughout the day.But there is a certain time when we get tired and have an approximation of time.
Overall, if activate those genes we will have our “own clock”!!
How does our body know what time it is?
ResponderEliminarIn 1962 a cave explorer called michel siffre made an experiment where he isolated mhim self for months under ground without light or clocks, he atached himself to a machine (electrodes) that monitored his vital signs and it kept track when he ate and slept. When he finally emerged to the surface the results of his experiment reaveled that his body kept a regular cycle (he ate, fixed intervals, and them slept). That became known a circadian rythm, this rythms affects our hormone secretion, how our bodies process food, and even the effects of dugs on our body. The scientists studing this changes are called chronobiology. Being able to sense time halps us do everything, from waking and sleeping, to know precisly when to catch a ball thats coming towards us. Thanks to our system of timekeepers in our brains we owe all this abilities, its like a stopwatch counting seconds, a clock counting the hours, and a calendar notifying us the seasons of the year. Each one is located in a different region of the brain. The most primitive clock that we have is located in the suprachiasmatc nucleus, or SCN of the hypothalamus. Here us how it works, proteins known as CLK, or clock, accumulate in the SCN trough the day. In addition to activating genes, that tell us to stay awake, they make another protein called PER. When enough PER accumulates, it deactivates the gene that makes CLK, eventually making us fall asleep. Then the clock falls low so PER concentrations drop again, allowing CLK to rise, starting cycle over.

Hello my name is Ana Valladares and today I will be writing about what would happen if you get dehydrated or over hydrated. Well first you need to know that water is an important part of our lives, it may save our lives in the worst moments. Water is healthy, and it’s full of energy. Water makes us go through the large day on school, yes we come very exhausted from school but guess what? Water made us go through those long hours. Okay, first dehydration, it is very bad to be dehydrated, it doesn’t give you enough energy for ANYTHING. While it sounds overly exaggerated it isn’t. Water gives you most of the energy.
ResponderEliminarThen exaggerating with water may risk your life, some of the symptoms are migraine, seizures, and even death! Migraine is present on both sides so yeah. We can’t overly exaggerate with water or dehydrate ourselves since they both have symptoms that nobody wants. So the perfect thing to do should be drink 5-8 cups of water a day since it may save your life one day, plus it decreases you chances of getting certain types of cancer. Hope this article made you know a little bit more about water and thank you.

ResponderEliminarWater is in basically in all the world an average human body is made of 55-60% of water when babies are born their body is made of 75% of water untill their first birthday their body uses 65% of their human water scientist say humans should drink 8 glasses of water per day why you will ask well actually is to keep our body hidrated because our lung are like a apple that most of it is made of water so we should mantain our body hidrated to survive.
Doctors say that our daily life we spent 1 litter of water when you go to the bathroom when you get swedy an when you breath. That why water is important for yourself so you can survive that why water is much better than soda my recommendation for you guys is to drink 8 glasses of water per day and you could drink more, water keeps your body healthy,

What will happen if we stop drinking water?
ResponderEliminarHi miss, you know that we need to drink more than 3 liters of water per day , if you are asking why is because if you don’t drink water you could have a low blood pressure, a bad mood and even though you can have your skin moisture but if you drink a lot of water (hyponatremia) , it could be bad for your health . We are a little bit similar to plant , because if you don’t give water to a plant , the plant will die . In our case , we could be in emergency room just because if we don’t drink the necessary water. The human being are to 50 % - 60 percent of water ( even our bones are made of a little bit of water), and the babies are 74 %! In conclusion if you don’t drink water , you will feel bad , but if you drink a lot of water , you will feel bad . (Please just drink the necessary water your body needs).

Once upon a time.....long ,long ago, not really that long but still, explorer Michel Siffre decided to make an experiment, he isolated himself underground for months without anything that could help his brain know what time it is, long story short he connected himself with a device that ‘measured’ the schedule in which he slept woke up and eat, surprisingly his body kept a regular sleeping -waking cycle. Why does this happens??? Well the human body is still amazing us. There’s proteins in our brain known as CLCK and PER this are the responsible for our brain to keep a sleeping-waking cycle. The PER is formed by the CLCK. When the CLCK rises the PER goes down and when the PER rises the CLCK falls like that and vice versa .CLCK by day PER by night.
The human body is amazing, it is always surprising us, this is all I have for today thanks for your time and reading this little summary, bye.
How does our body know the time
ResponderEliminarI always thought that our body only knew when to sleep or wake up depending on external clues.
Now I know that it depends on the circadian cycle. After watching this video I learned that the way our brain perceives time depends on proteins made by our body that are called PER.
These proteins accumulate in SCN (Super Chyasmatic Nucleus), throughout the day and also use activating genes to create a sleeping and waking cycle depending if PER increases or decreases.
I liked very much the idea of this scientist of living in a dark cave without light or noises or clocks to learn about how our brain knows when to sleep or when to wake up.
It is bad to use telephones or watch TV or use computers before going to sleep because this external things also affect your sleep. For example I always wake up between 6:20 to 6:25 without using an alarm clock but on weekends I wake up later, between 9 to 9:30 so my body knows that I come to school from Monday to Friday.
Now I wonder what would happen if I go to China, would I sleep at the same-time in Honduras or would my brain feel confused?
Or when astronauts go to the moon, because it is dark in the space like in the cave experiment.
If you don't drink water you can dye if your body do not enuogh liquid and is essential for human life a y déficit in normal body of water water help us thre sicknes and exercise or heat and stess like your body will thirsty and will try to fin de ways to get water inside so it need somthing that make us keep going thrue the day and if you do not drink water your tung has no more water and the mouth so the food can in faster and easy to swalow and and water fells good whan you drink it.

The longest the human body can survive without water is 1 day. And without eating is 3 days.

In 1962 a French man decided to do a science experiment. He stayed underground for a couple of months. He didn’t have a light or a clock. He kept track of when he slept and when he ate with a monitoring. When he finally came out he found out that his body maintained a regular sleeping-waking cycle. It became known afterwards as a Circadian Rythm. There’s also a type of science studying this and it is called Chronobiology. Being able to sense time helps humans to know when to wake up and when to go to sleep. It also helps us know when to have a meal. I believe this is something that’s very cool because it shows how us humans are getting used to their waking up, sleeping, and eating schedule. It is amazing that even after being months inside a cavern a human brain is still able to keep track of time.

ResponderEliminarWater is essential to all people, in our bodies we have around fifty-five to sixty percent of water, and human babies have around seventy-five percent of water but it drops to sixty-five percent on their first birthday, water helps regulating our temperature and to nourish the brain and spinal cord, we need to drink a decent amount of water every day because every day we lose about two to three liters because of sweat, urine and even just from breathing, if you do not drink the right amount of water everyday you will notice dark urine, low energy, a change in your mood, skin moisture, and blood pressure, a dehydrated brain works harder to accomplish the same task as a normal brain and it even temporarily shrinks for its lack of water, scientist have proved that men need to drink about 2.5 to 3.7 liters of water per day and women need to drink about 2 to 2.7 liters of water.
What happens if you don’t drink water
ResponderEliminar“Water is basically everywhere from soil, moisture and icecaps we all need water our human body is from 50 from 66% of water even the babies have allot of water inside them but it decreases from their first birthday to 65% although sometimes is bad to drink allot of water if you drink allot of water it can cause change of mood, skin moisture and blood pressure. Even though water is basically every where why do we still have to drink allot of water? Ok so we live with 3 liters of water a day but we lose some by our sweat and even breathing we all know it’s good to drink 8 glasses a day but now it actually depends largely on our weight we have to eat and drink helpfully it is to shown that optimal hydration lowers the possibility of strokes, diabetes and even lower some times of cancer. What would happen if we stopped drinking water?
ResponderEliminarWater is a main thing in our systems , the 60% of our bodies is water , we should drink more than 3 liters per day , that’s because if you don’t drink water you could have a low blood pressure, not drinking water can also cause our skin to be “unhealthy” , it’s recommended for us humans to drink eight 8-ounce glasses , which equals about 2 liters , or half a gallon , each day we loose a lot of water by sweat, urine , and much more that’s why we need more water in our system to continue with our things , drinking a lot of water is actually bad for us , I think that’s because our body will immediately refuse to drink a exaggerated amount of water, because everything in excess is bad , I think that our bodies know how much can our system hold , so if you drink a lot of unnecessary water your body will refuse it.
What happens if we don’t drink water ? Gabriela Medina
ResponderEliminarWater is practically everywhere even in our cell the average human has about 55- 60 % , human babies have more water in their bodies they have 75 % then it begins to drop . In an average day we loose 2 - 3 liters , man ting a good hydration is essential since dehydration or over hydration which can and with you in the hospital your brain can shrink temporarily if you dehydrate the recommended amount of water to drink in a day is 2.5 - 3.7 liters FOT MEN and 2 - 2.7 liters FOR WOMEN
water is the healthiest of all drinks juice , coffee, tea Etc are NOT the same we should drink water every day .
What happen if you do not drink water?
ResponderEliminarMy think will happen that if you did not drink water your body will be liver sick so another thing that 55-60% of water when babies are born their body is made of 75% so you can die because the water is necessary for ouer body because you can be sick of the stomach and you can die so is important to drink water and another thing is that if you do or drink water And you came suet playing you maybe fill thirsty and you’re body do not work so in may case if I do not drink water I fiil very bad because we ar filling bad of the tongue will be thirsty because we did not drink water and Oslo you can become dehydrated which can lead to a kidney infection and water is the most vital sources of energy so if one day I don’t drink water my body will be with not energy and one last thing the human do not drink water 2 liters of water in all the day and if the human is in a desert will dead because of dehydrated.
Our bodies are full of water. Our brains are roughly 75% water and our heart is nearly 30%! In the human brain 3/4 of the brain is water which is also equivalent of a banana. The human body is like fruits for example,The human lungs are like apples, the 83% of the lung is water. If we maintainThe correct water level we can avoid Dehydration or over-hydration Most of them can have bad consequences. I have heard that we should drink at least 7 to 8 glasses of water a day. The amount of water we drink also depends on the environment and weight. Some fruits Are about 90% water for example, The cucumber also the strawberry end impressively The strawberry. Oil in my own words most of the food have water so we should help ourselves by drinking water not to little but not to much.

So your heart it is well and you.
Personally I had already heard of this particular topic. I knew since before I had read this article that drinking too much or too little water was very bad for your health. I believed drinking too much water or too little could have fatal results for you, causing even death. In part, I was right but not completely. There are other very bad consequences that can happen as well. I also used to believe that we obligatorily needed to drink 8 glasses of water, but now I know that the amount of water that we need to drink depends on a person’s weight. I honestly should take better care of how much water I drink because I do nit drink water that often and sometimes I do not drink water for a day. This article has teached me that I need to take better care care of myself or if not I could end up in the hospital.

About 55% to 60% of our body is water, but why do we need to drink water then ?
We loose about 3 liters of water each day because of sweat, urine , bowel movement and even for breathing. It is recommended to drink about 8 glasses of water per day, not drinking water may cause dehydration and even death , but drinking too much water may also cause death it is Called over-Hydration there is a desease called Hyponatremia it is “usually caused by an overconsumption of water in a short period of time” , it may even cause death. We need to maintain our water consumption balanced. The amount of water we need depends on our weight or environment. Water is the healthiest hydrated. Optimal hydration can lower the chances of suffering a stroke and even help manage diabetes.
If you didnt know humans can only live for one day with out water, and four day with out food.So if you dont drink any water you could die or faint. If you faint you probably will do something with out even notising, like you can get epilepsia if you give a jump or something with your whole body uncoustiosly. So thats why doctors always tell you to drink 8 cups of water a day.And if you dont drink water every day it wil affect your health. And water its preaty healthy because it doesnt have sugar and it doesnt give you diabities or any other decies, depending of the water treatment. Water is not always healthy cause sometimes it can have toxic cells that can give you cancer or other decies, its not because of the water its self no its because of the plastic toxic cells its transmited, the sun when it heats up the plastic the plastic loose toxic cells.
ResponderEliminarHello my name is Saúl Reyes and I’m going to write about what happens when we get over hydrated or dehydrated.
ResponderEliminarAlmost everybody knows that drinking water is something very important and that staying hydrated is very important. Staying hydrated is something that is not complicated at all since many fruits and vegetables have water like cucumbers, watermelon and broccoli. When we get dehydrated our body doesn’t work as it normally does since our brain can’t function well and it makes more effort that it normally does to do easy things that do. When we get over hydrated we can get something called water intoxication that happens when the amount of salt and electrolytes in our body gets too diluted. Some of the symptoms of water intoxication are headaches and sickness and in very extreme cases seizures and death. I believe some scientists said that we should drink eight glasses of water everyday but then with more experience they said that the amount of water that we should drink everyday depends on how much our body weights and the environment we are currently at. I honestly knew since I was very little that drinking water was something really important and that keeping our body hydrated was something that we needed to do to continue living in a healthy way.
Remember to drink water and stay hydrated but not in excess

Loose two or three liters of water by our sweat urine. Dehydration and over-dehydration can both be really bad, increasing dehydration can cause los of energy, mood skin moisture , and blood pressure. Since water is in the brain aswell.
a dehydrated brain works harder to have e accomplish the same amount has a normal one would it can also shrink since the los of water, the hydrated brain can amp production of the antidiuretic hormones releasing it to the blood.
the over-hydrated brain slows or even stops releasing to the blood.

What would happen if you didnt drink water?
ResponderEliminarIn every place in the world theres water in some places more than others. Water can be in any place even in our cells depending in our location, age, and sex. The average of water in a human body is about 55-60% water. In everyday we lose about 3 liters of water. Everybody needs to maintain a balanced water level avoiding dehydration and overhydration which can have devastating effects in a human body. Increasing dehydrations can cause several drops in our mood, energy, skin moisture and mostly blood pressure. The overhydration also called Hyponatremia is caused by overconsumption of water in a short amount of time. The people that usually get overhydration are the athletes because they have complications of there water levels and in there physical conditions. When you have an overhydrated brain the brain slows or even sometimes stops delivering it into the blood. It is meant to be that you should drink about 8 glasses of water per day. '''The recommended daily intake varies from between 2.5-3.7 liters of water for men and about 2-2.7 liters for women.

I have been reading up on the importance of Water.Hope all you guys read this because I have been at this for quite a few days now, and I also hope we learn something from these blogs,ok.
ResponderEliminarFirst of all What is WATER???
Water is an Inorganic, Transparent, Tasteless, Odorless and nearly Colorless Chemical Substance, made up of Hydrogen atoms bonded to Oxygen atoms. This is a Vital Liquid for all known forms of Life.
Why is Water so Important to us as Humans? Because::
* It makes up 50% - 70% of our bodies weight and is essential for most of our bodies functions.
* It helps to regulate Our bodies Temperature
* It acts as a reaction Medium, as a Solvent and as a reactant.
* It Helps to Transport our Nutrients and Oxygen
* And it also eliminates wastes through our Urine.
* It is the Building Materiales for Cells and body fluids.
How do we lose Water?
= Through Sweating (Perspiration)
= Through Breathing ( Exhalation)
= Through our “Poop” (Defecation)
= Principally through our “Pee” ( Urination)
What Happens to Us if We didn’t drink WATER??
We would get Severally DEHYDRATED
This is what the sickness of a lack of drinking water is called.
Some of the Symptoms are:Feeling Thirsty, Tired (Fatigued), we may get a Headache, change in mood,(Grumpy)...We would have Mental and Physical decline, meaning our attention, memory and motor coordination decline(go down hill), research shows us that just with 1% of Dehydration affects us Negatively, as mood, attention, memory ,and motor coordination, decline.
You see our brain Tissue fluids decreases with dehydration, thus reducing our brain volume, and then affecting cell function. Our blood becomes thicker, then this triggers our kidneys to retain water, resulting in peeing less. The thicker our blood the harder our Cardiovascular system must work ,this mean increasing our heart rate So we can maintain blood pressure.
You see the body borrows water from other parts to maintain the most important parts such as the blood, and cellular then shrinkage occurs..then our brain kicks on and send a message of being Thirsty (so it can replenish the water)...
Interesting Facts:
* Humans can Only last 3days to 1 week Without WATER, and up to 3 weeks without Food.
*** How do you think we get more Water ,through Eating or through drinking?
If you said Drinking, You are 100% WRONG!!
Its from Eating!
*** One Quarter of our WATER comes from Food almost all food has some Water in it.
TIP::: We should Eat our WATER, NOT drink it.
WHY??
Because our bodies absorbs this Water more slowly, and this slow absorption means the Water stays in our bodies Longer.
I hope everyone Learns as much as I have.

What will happen if we didn’t drink water❓
ResponderEliminarOur bodies are 60% water and every day we loose 2 to 3 liters of water when we sweat or when you still don’t do nothing you anyway lost those 2 or 3 liters of water that is inside your body.Babies are born with 77% of their body with water and when the grow up the lost 17% of their water in their body and people drink too much water and anyway if you don’t drink water you can die or get so tired over and over again, what I am trying to say is that if you drink too but too much water you can die and if you don’t get the needed water you can die by the two forms.
So stay hidratantes but don’t exagérate ok cause it can be bad 8 glasses of water per day hear me PER DAY!!!!!!!!!
Hello, my name is Maria Jose Arita, today my comment will be about “What would happen if you didn’t drink water?”. The first thing that I learned is that all humans have the average of 55% to 60% of water in our bodies, when we are babies, our body has 75% of water, until we get to have 1 year old, it decreases to 65%. We need to drink water because each day we lose about 2 to 3 liters of water, that is why we need to always have enough water in our bodies. We also need to be balanced in how many water we drink per day, if we aren’t cautious we can have dehydration or over hydration. The dehydration “can cause notable drops in energy, mood, skin moisture, and blood pressure. Over hydration is caused by overconsumption of water in a short time.” In the video it said that the man needed to averagely drink more water than women. Be cautious in what you drink, because that is the depend of our mood, health, etc. Thank You.
ResponderEliminarWhat would happen if you didn’t drink enough water?
ResponderEliminarIf we do not drink water that could be very dangerous for us. Even tho our body is 60% water, everyday we loose up to 2-4 liters of water. We can loose that amount even tho we do not do nothing in the whole day. But some of the most common ways to loose water in our body is going to the gym, doing some sports, or just being in a garden with a bright sun. Just imagine if we didn’t drank water for one week, we would become pale, constipated, lethargic, our skin would look horrible, we would have trouble focusing, our weight loss might stall and our muscles could get very crampy. Every body should drink up to 8 - 10 cups of water or even if your weight is 100 pounds you should drink 50 ounces of water at a day.
That’s why is important to drink water

Good morning , afternoon ,or night everyone who reeds this comment, well today i am gonna talk to you ,or actually tell you by this paragraph "what will happen if we do not drink water". First of all i am going to talk to you how much percent of water do we have at our body.Approximately our body is perform between 55% to 60% but this change when we are in a young age , to this i refer when we are babies, when we were born our body had 75% of water and this automatically changes when we have our first birthday.Lets live all this aside and lets talk about the real thing.H2o is really important cause it have many uses mainly to cushion, or lubricate joints, regulate temperatures, and to nourish the brain and spinal cord, but why if we are made by water and technically surrounded by it why we have to drink so much water?, well this is because each human approximately give away 2 to 3 liters of water through sweet, urine,or bowel movements, and even just by breathing,if we avoid drinking water we will have dehydration or over-hydration ,this could cause too many ailness and even cause to go to the hospital.
Water is virtually everywhere, from soil moisture and ice caps, to the cells inside our own bodies. Depending on factors like location, fat index, age, the average human is between 55-60% water. At birth, human babies are even wetter. Being 75% water, they are swimmingly similar to fish. But their water composition drops to 65% by their first birthday. So what role does water play in our bodies, and how much do we actually need to drink to stay healthy? The H20 in our bodies works to cushion and lubricate joints, regulate temperature, and to nourish the brain and spinal cord. Water isn't only in our blood. An adult's brain and heart are almost three quarters water. That's roughly equivalent to the amount of moisture in a banana. Lungs are more similar to an apple at 83%. And even seemingly dry human bones are 31% water. If we are essentially made of water, and surrounded by water, why do we still need to drink so much? Well, each day we lose two to three liters through our sweat, urine, and bowel movements, and even just from breathing.
ResponderEliminarIf you don't drink water your trough will start to have problems like having hard time to speak my grandfather told me that I that a person can survive a lot without eating but any day without water
ResponderEliminarWhat would happen if we didn’t drink water?
ResponderEliminarEven if your body it’s surrounded and even if we were about 70% percent of water in birth. We should still drink eater every day because we loss about 2 or even 3 liters of water per day because of our sweat and even because of breathing. That are some essentials to our survival , we should always maintain a balance water level is essential to avoid dehydration and over hydration. In conclusion not drinking water could get you dead or in a emergency room. You need to remember to always drink water , as you get older your water percent decreases. When you haven’t drink water and your body really need it you would start getting sick and having lots of symptoms , soy by that time you should really start drinking lots of water.
Thank u!!
